By placing an order, the customer declares that the information provided—including name, CPF (tax ID), email, phone number, delivery address, and payment details—is true, complete, and up-to-date.
The order is subject to payment confirmation, registration validation, stock availability, and the feasibility of delivery to the provided address.
In the event of a registration error, payment discrepancy, product unavailability, delivery restriction, or suspicion of fraud, THE NOSE MUSTACHE reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer via the contact channels provided during registration.
4. Prices, payments, and promotions
Prices displayed on the website are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to change without prior notice.
The final purchase amount is the one displayed in the shopping cart at the time of checkout, including the cost of products, shipping, and any applicable discounts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the absence of a person over the age of 18, refusal to accept the package, or inability to access the location, the store will contact the customer regarding reshipment, pickup, or cancellation; additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.
6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Requests for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds shall be governed by the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.
For online purchases, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
Given the nature of the goods (beverages and food products), items that have been opened, consumed, partially consumed, or have a broken seal, tampered packaging, or signs of improper storage will not be accepted for return based on the right of withdrawal, except in cases of defects, quality issues, shipping damage, or shipping errors.
